We understand that travel plans can change. Please review these cancellation and refund guidelines before confirming a booking.
Important Notice
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email or SMS with a valid booking number.
- Verbal cancellation requests are not accepted.
Cancellation Charges

Date Changes and Vehicle Upgrades
Changes in travel dates or vehicle category are subject to availability and revised pricing. If the customer does not proceed with the revised booking, standard cancellation charges apply.
Cancellation from Our End
If a booking is cancelled due to operational or unavoidable reasons from Urbania Rentals Bangalore, the paid booking amount will be refunded without interest.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed to the original payment mode where possible.
- Refund timing depends on bank and payment gateway policies.
- No interest is payable on refunded amounts.
- Extra or incorrect charges collected by the driver will be verified and refunded within 3 to 4 working days.
