Our vehicles are maintained with care and checked before trips. However, vehicles are machines and unforeseen mechanical or electrical issues can sometimes occur. In such cases, passenger safety and fast resolution are our priorities.
1. Preventive Maintenance
- Vehicles undergo regular maintenance and inspection.
- A pre-departure checklist is completed before journeys.
- Drivers are trained to identify and report potential issues.
2. Immediate Response
If a breakdown happens, the driver will first ensure passenger safety and alert our operations team. We will arrange on-site repair or a replacement vehicle at the earliest possible time, subject to location and availability.
3. Liability and Refunds
Urbania Rentals Bangalore is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by breakdowns or circumstances beyond our control, including accidents, road closures, weather, or government restrictions. If no alternate arrangement can be provided, a proportionate refund may be issued for the uncompleted part of the journey.
4. Delay and Compensation
For major delays caused by mechanical failure, partial refunds or discounts may be considered after internal review. Compensation is not applicable for traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, protests, or force majeure events.

- Stay calm and cooperative during the situation.
- Do not attempt repairs or interfere with mechanical procedures.
- Follow safety instructions from the driver and operations team.
