These terms govern all bookings and service usage offered by Urbania Rentals Bangalore. By confirming a booking, the customer accepts these terms in full.
1. Minimum Kilometer Policy
Minimum kilometers are applicable per calendar day and may vary by vehicle type. Billing is calculated from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs as per calendar day, irrespective of actual usage duration.
2. Distance and Time Calculation
All distance and time calculations are measured on a garage-to-garage basis. The journey starts when the vehicle leaves its garage and ends when it returns.
3. Driver Allowance
For local trips, driver allowance may apply after 10 hours of duty or for duty between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Outstation night travel may attract additional driver allowance.
4. Additional Charges
Toll, parking, interstate permits, traffic penalties, and other statutory charges are payable by the customer unless specifically included in writing.
5. Duty Slip or Trip Sheet Signing
The customer and driver must review and sign the trip sheet at the end of the journey. Billing disputes cannot be processed without a completed duty slip.
6. Air Conditioning Policy
AC performance is best while the vehicle is moving. Stationary AC use, road gradients, extreme weather, or technical issues may affect cooling.
7. Prohibited Activities
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying prohibited items inside the vehicle are strictly not allowed and may result in immediate service termination without refund.
8. Customer Conduct
Urbania Rentals Bangalore may deny or discontinue service if passengers behave in an unsafe, aggressive, intoxicated, or abusive manner. Vehicle damage caused by passengers is chargeable.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Urbania Rentals Bangalore is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
10. Pricing and GST
All quoted rates are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be added to invoices.
11. Rate Variability
Rates may vary during weekends, holidays, festive periods, and peak demand dates. Revised prices, if any, will be communicated before service commencement.
12. Force Majeure
Urbania Rentals Bangalore is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, traffic, roadblocks, mechanical failure, flight delays, government restrictions, or events beyond control.
13. Complaints and Feedback
Service concerns must be raised within 7 days of trip completion for review.
14. Emergency Procedures
In case of malfunction, accident, health emergency, or unforeseen events, passengers must follow instructions from the driver or authorized team members.
Acceptance of Terms
Booking and travelling with Urbania Rentals Bangalore constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms without prior notice, and the revised version applies from the date of publication.
